Pro Shine Detailing Bristol provides professional car detailing services with the utmost care and attention to detail. However, by booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

 

Deposits: All bookings in excess of £100 will require a £30 non-refundable deposit to confirm the booking.

Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your vehicle during the detailing process, Pro Shine Detailing Bristol is not responsible for any pre-existing damages, imperfections, or issues that may become more apparent after cleaning. We are not liable for any damage to your vehicle's exterior, interior, or components that were not caused directly by our services.

Product Use: We use high-quality products and equipment in all our detailing procedures. However, results may vary depending on the condition and age of the vehicle, as well as any pre-existing damage. We cannot guarantee the removal of all stains, scratches, or imperfections.

Allergic Reactions: While all products used in our services are generally safe, we advise customers with allergies or sensitivities to specific cleaning products to notify us prior to service.

Service Limits: Any service performed is subject to the condition of the vehicle. For heavily soiled or damaged vehicles, additional charges may apply. If we determine that a vehicle cannot be serviced as initially agreed upon due to its condition, we will notify the customer and discuss alternative solutions.

Payment and Cancellations: All payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
